All orders are sent out Second Class delivery by Royal Mail. We aim to post all items within 7 working days however some items may have to be ordered from suppliers and may then take upto 14 days. We may possibly have to contact you to confirm your details prior to sending the order.
Standard postage is non tracked and compensation of UPTO £20 is included if lost in transit. We can not be held responsible for your loss if you only choose standard dleivery and your total order is over £20.
You should choose recorded delivery if your order is over £20 and up to £50 as you be covered for any loss up to the £50 limit.
Special delivery is tracked and compensation of UPTO £500 is included if lost in transit. You should choose this method if your order is over £50.

We will accept returned products within seven days and refund the value (minus postage) as long as the items are UNWORN and in with original intact packaging.WE DO NOT OFFER A TRY BEFORE YOU BUY SERVICE. Faulty products will be fully refunded. We are unable to refund on any item where the hygienic seal has been broken, or any plastic packaging has been cut. If you do not want the product PLEASE DO NOT OPEN IT. If the package is opened this is seen as acceptance of the goods and no refund will be issued unless faulty.
Faulty goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
