Ordering

You can order any products and pay securely online.

Security

We take security seriously and you can be assured any online transactions are dealt with upto date technology enabling complete security.

SSL
Secure server is one which takes advantage of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL is a protocol designed to enable secure transmission of information on the Internet. SSL provides encryption and integrity of communications along with strong authentication using digital certificates. SSL uses a private key to encrypt data being submitted from a browser before it is transferred over the Internet via the SSL connection. When the data reaches the SSL-enabled web server, it is decrypted. If the data were to be stolen during this transmission, it would remain unreadable. Many web sites use SSL to obtain confidential user information, such as credit card numbers. Web pages that incorporate SSL have a web address starting with "https://" instead of the usual "http://".

Tip: Look for the yellow closed lock on the bottom of the web page which ensures your security. Click on it to verify the security certificate. If you are unhappy with ordering in this way please phone us with your order and details.

You are fully guaranteed against fraud and will be directed to a secure server to input your credit card details.

Delivery

All orders are sent out Second Class delivery by Royal Mail. We aim to deliver all items within 7 working days however some items may have to be ordered from suppliers and may then take upto 14 days. We may possibly have to contact you to confirm your details prior to sending the order.

For peace of mind, please consider buying the recorded mail option. For only £1 you can track and trace your parcel and claim upto £30 if your order goes missing

If you require guaranteed delivery with insurance, we suggest you pay for Special Delivery at £5.25
Also, if time is of the essence please email us first to enquire on stock availability and when the order will be posted.

Delays

We will not be held responsible for delays from royal mail. We will try to help you with locating any items, as we hold proof of postage for all items.

If you have still not received your order within 14 working days please contact us on  lostorder@thechiropodist.com and we will try to help.

Returns

We will accept returned products within seven days and refund the value as long as the items are unworn and in with original packaging. Faulty products will be fully refunded.

You wll be responsible for the items until they are received by us and you will be liable for any return postage. Please ensure you have a proof of postage receipt.
